This is probably not quite as authentic as it seems (actually - its deffinitely not authentic) - but its still hillarious. You could watch this again and again and again.... It takes a little while to downlaod - but its fun!

Squawks are fault reports filed by aircraft pilots. They are intended for the repair and maintenance crew - who are supposed to deal wit the problems - and then then file an entry in the log.

A true story - and we know this because it happened to Igor...

Igor dials 192 for directory enquiries.
Operator: "Hello - Directory Enquireis. What number do you require?"
Igor: "Could I have the number for the Virgin Megastore please"
Silence - fidgeting - nervous pause...
Operator: "I'm sorry sir?" in a serious voice."
Igor: "Could I have the number for the Virgin Megastore please"
More silence...
Operator: "I'm sorry sir" Now in a very concerned voice..
Igor: "Look - its the large Record Shop on Oxford street - you know - the Virgin Megastore..."
Sudden hysterical laughter at the other end.. Eventually the operator gathers herself enough to say:
Operator: "I'm so sorry sir - I thought you were asking for the number of the Virgin Next Door"!
And I would not have believed that if it hadn't happened to me!
